You can manage your users in the ‘User management’ section. Your users are divided in active and inactive users.

  • Active users: Users that are using Traken App with an email that matches the user email listed.
  • Inactive users: Users that doesn’t match with any active Traken App user.

Note that the email used in the Traken App has to be the same than the email you add to the platform to make things work.
